Miningwatchdog Marketplace is meant to make both buyers and sellers happy. If you’re not pleased with your purchase, feel free to contact us within 30 days. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we make sure everyone is happy with purchases.
Any product you refund to the buyer or seller must be in the same condition you received with the original package. Please keep the receipt.

If a crypto product or service doesn’t work out, you can send most of the items back within 30 days of delivery*.
Here is the process to follow
Make sure to start the return process within 30 days of receiving your product.
The seller MUST and WILL inspect all returned goods. The Unit must be in new or in an unused condition, the product should be as originally shipped out with all product inserts and accessories.
All shipping costs will be under the customer’s responsibility in the case of a buyer’s remorse return. If such an item didn’t fit, color, quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it elsewhere, etc.
The seller will refund the cost of the product and shipping charges if the return is a result of the seller’s error or defective product.
You should ship the product as soon as possible so that it arrives at the seller’s address within 45 days of receiving the receipt of the product.

Defective Products and Returns Due to the Seller’s Error
If there are mistakes found on the product order or products arriving defective or damaged at the time of receipt, the seller MUST make it right by;
Sending the replacement parts or accessories
Replacing the product or issuing a full refund.
The seller will cover the cost of any return and shipping
If the seller finds the product is not defective, shipping fees will apply
