Your user ID is publicly displayed on MiningWatchdog and linked to your activity. Other users can view your orders, purchases, items for sale, feedback, ratings, and associated comments. If you are a business seller, your contact details/ including shop details may be visible on the platform.

Upon request, we will close accounts and remove personal information following applicable law. If you want to update or change your personal information you can do that as long as it does not affect other users. Miningwatchdog will verify all attempts to change personal information. Upon request to delete your account, Miningwatchdog will permanently delete all your account information.

However, we cannot guarantee absolute privacy due to potential interception or misuse by third parties. For example, we cannot guarantee protection where you have shared your password with others or when others steal your password from your devices.
