Track and manage eligible orders via Your Orders. To manage orders that don't appear in Your Orders, select the order details link in the order confirmation email.

Checking a Buy order status:

To track your order in Your Account:

1. Go to Your Orders.

2. Select Buy

3. Select Track Package.

Canceling a Buy order:

If the order hasn't shipped, you can request to cancel orders. To request cancellation of an order through Your Account:

1. Go to Your Orders.

2. Select Orders.

3. Select Cancel order.

When you request a cancellation, we send a message to the fulfillment partner. We'll notify you by email about whether the cancellation is successful or not.
