If you want to file a dispute in this section, we will tell you how

If a buyer or seller is unsatisfied with a purchase or sale made, you can start a dispute and marketplace.miningwatchdog.com will start an investigation.

Disputes are free, you MUST have paid through the platform.

Please consider that trade assurance services, terms, and conditions do apply in dispute management and mediation.

First, we request that the two parties, in good faith, try and solve the dispute amicably through chat.

If both parties fail to reach an agreement after 30 days, then marketplace.miningwatchdog.com will step in and try and solve the issue.

The platform will try to best handle the dispute and mediate in the best manner possible.

Marketplace Miningwatchdog will handle the case and revise all evidence brought forward by the two parties.

The team will decide whether the buyer or seller needs to submit additional information or evidence.

By default, buyers and sellers that require our dispute resolution services have accepted that marketplace.miningwatchdog.com has the right to determine the direction and execute a resolution of the conflict between the two parties.

Miningwatchdog's decision is final and both parties have to concede and recognize the decision to be legally binding.

For the dispute mediation to commence, all parties must prepare all relevant documents and in some cases, screenshots of chat correspondences,

1. You will have to prepare a Word document that clearly outlines your case. The document will have your name, the name of the third party, the dispute, and what you want to achieve.

Please explain your case briefly, no more than 500 words.

2. Attach all relevant information and supporting evidence which includes but is not limited to

- Name of Buyer/Seller user ID and Company Name

- Item or Items subject to the dispute

- Name of Buyer and User ID plus a copy of the invoice and details of the item

- Copy of shipping information, Tracking number if applicable

- Amount in dispute USD or USDT

- Photographs of the items on arrival and on display on the merchant’s dashboard where necessary.

3. Please email the information to [email protected]

4. The subject of the email should read: Report a Dispute.

5. Our team will contact both parties on time. Please be patient as we consider all aspects and reach out with a final decision.
